Your documents are protected
  • Why we collect them: identity and reference documents let our cultural board verify who you are and confirm the lineage of your craft.
  • Who can access them: only you and the authorized verification administrators. Every admin view or download is logged. Files are stored in a private bucket and served through short-lived signed links — there are no permanent public URLs.
  • How long we keep them: government-issued IDs and reference letters are retained for 24 months after your application is reviewed. Portfolio and craft photos are retained for up to 5 years unless you request earlier deletion.
  • How to request deletion: you may request deletion of your personal information at any time from the Privacy Request page.

Accepted: JPG, PNG, PDF · identity docs max 8 MB · other files max 10–15 MB. Executable, script and archive files are blocked.
